All items are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not shipped yet. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost or has not moved for several days, please reach out to us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace the damaged item.
