Because all items are personalized and handmade to order, they cannot be refunded unless the mistake is on my behalf.

 

If you need to request a refund, please contact me and return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition you received it and free of damage.

 

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For credit card payments, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

If the product is damaged, or if the return is initiated after 30 days, the item will not be eligible for a refund.

If the mistake is on my part (such as a misspelled name), I will replace the item free of charge, including shipping.
