Every order is handmade or made to order with care. Below you'll find information about processing times, shipping, tracking, and delivery so you'll know what to expect every step of the way.
Processing Time
All items are handmade or made to order. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days before your order ships.
During holidays, sales, or other busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, I'll do my best to update the address.
Once your order has shipped, I'm unable to change the shipping address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.
If your package appears lost or hasn't moved for several days, please contact me. I'll be happy to help you begin the claims process with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the packaging so I can quickly review the issue.
I'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement, refund, or another solution when appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, I ship within the United States only.
While I don't currently offer international shipping, it's something I hope to add in the future.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays and busy shopping seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays.
I recommend placing your order early to help ensure it arrives in time for your special occasion.
