Handmade & Personalized Products
All items are handmade to order. Because of this:

Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or I made an error with your order.

Orders & Payment
All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or your selected payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Orders may be canceled if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
Shipping
Shipping times and processing times are listed on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
