Because most items are handmade and personalized, each order is created especially for you. For that reason, personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the error was made on my behalf or the item arrives damaged.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Because personalized and made-to-order items are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless:

The item arrives damaged.

I made an error with your order (such as incorrect personalization, the wrong item, or a printing defect).
Please double-check all names, dates, sizes, and personalization details before placing your order.
Non-Personalized Items
If your item is not personalized, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be returned within 30 calendar days.

The item must be free of additional damage after delivery.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to my error or a damaged item.
Refund Process
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I'll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If There's a Problem With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or I made a mistake with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
I'll work with you to make it right, including providing a replacement or refund when appropriate. If the mistake is on my part, there is no cost to you, including shipping.
