How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are handmade or made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by shipping, which usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you personalize every item?

Accepted Answer

Many of my products can be personalized, while others feature ready-to-order designs. If personalization is available, you'll see the option on the product page before checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, your item enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled, as many of my products are handmade or personalized specifically for you.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Accepted Answer

Because many of my items are handmade, made to order, or personalized, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or I made an error with your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I'll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible by providing a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the packaging so I can quickly review the issue.
I'll work with you to make it right as soon as possible by providing a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not entered the shipping process, I'll do my best to update the address for you.
Once your order has shipped, I'm unable to change the shipping address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Yes! I love creating personalized gifts and custom designs. If you have a special request or a unique idea, feel free to contact me before placing your order. I'll be happy to discuss your vision and see how I can bring it to life.

At this time, I ship within the United States only. While I don't currently offer international shipping, it's something I hope to add in the future.
If you're located outside the United States and are interested in placing an order, feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to discuss whether a shipping option may be available.

Can I order in bulk for events or groups?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I offer bulk and group orders for events, teams, businesses, schools, parties, and special celebrations. If you're interested in placing a larger order, please contact me with the item type, quantity, design details, and date needed.
I'll be happy to review your request and provide a custom quote.

Do you offer rush orders?

Accepted Answer

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. While I can't guarantee rush processing, I'll do my best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible and will let you know if a rush order is available.

Will I see a preview before my order is made?

Accepted Answer

Most orders do not require a preview and will be created using the design shown on the product page. However, if your order includes a custom design, special layout, or personalization that requires approval, I'll send you a digital mockup before production begins.
Production will begin once your mockup has been approved.
